SHIPPING POLICY

• After you place an Order we Process it with quality check of packaging and hand it over to delivery Partner.

• Our delivery partners then bring the package to your doorstep at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

• We usually dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

Return and Refund Policy

At Metabu, NHD Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. Cosmetics Company, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused and cosmetic products have to be in an accurate condition, we cannot accept the exchange or return of any products once sold or delivered.

In case of a damaged product issue (at the time of delivery) with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us email within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us at Care@metabu.in

Exchange of products will only be considered if the product received is in damaged condition
and subject to the following terms-

1. Compulsory unboxing video is required to verify any damage claim.
2. Claims must be raised within 48 business hours from the time of delivery. Failing to do so will result in the rejection of the Claim.
3. Exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by “Metabu” NHD Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd.
4. The Refund for COD orders will be given in Metabu Store credit.
5. Damages due to the user's mishandling by any means will not be covered under this Policy.
6. Once your return request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
