You’re responsible for the information you put on your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Notice anything unusual? Email info@metabu.in straight away and we’ll lock the account while we look into it.
3. orders & pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST. We accept credit and debit cards, UPI, net-banking, wallets, and cash on delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order where pricing has been listed in error, where stock has run out, or where we suspect fraud — you’ll be refunded in full and notified by email.
4. product information
We work hard to keep shade swatches, ingredient lists, and product copy accurate. Real-world colour can shift slightly under different lights and on different skin undertones. If you ever feel a product doesn’t match what we showed you, write to us — we’ll make it right.

Don’t use the site to scrape data, run vulnerability scans, distribute malware, or harass other customers in reviews. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren’t responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
